What if Bailey (my dog) was a Secret Agent?
By Andrew, second grade student

When I’m not looking Bailey (my dog) goes under the bed to a secret elevator. The elevator leads to a tube. Bailey climbs through the tube to get to Dog Head Quarters. At Head Quarters, Bailey tracks down Kitty Glor. Kitty Glor makes a dreadful scheme to eliminate all dogs on earth.

Once Kitty Glor is spotted on the satellite, Bailey goes to defeat the dreadful Kitty. The only way to defeat Kitty is for Bailey to use his bone saber. But Kitty Glor decides to use his yarn saber. They swing right, left, up, and down.

Once Kitty Glor is defeated, Bailey goes through the tube, up the elevator, and into the house. He lies on the couch and rests from a big adventure.

If the World was a Coke Bottle
By: Logan, second grade student

If the world was a Coke bottle, the sea would be Coke and the waves would crash on the Coke scented shore. All you get to drink is Coke! When you eat chicken it will taste like Coke. Birthday cakes would always be shaped like Coke bottles and would taste like Coke.
When it is cold you can see the tan Coke wind swooshing in the air. When it rains you don’t need an umbrella, you need a glass bottle to catch the Coke. You can always drink it later.
Instead of cats and dogs drinking milk and water they would drink Coke. If the world was a Coke bottle I would love it!

If the Playground was a Water Park
By: Maegan, second grade

If the playground was a water park I would wear my favorite bathing suit to school. The slide would be rushing with water and I would go down it 55 times a day. The swings would be made into a 16 mile long lazy river. Also the bars you can do flips on would be turned on their sides and shoot water every 2 minutes. Some of the monkey bars would be water swings. The pole would have wheels of water around it. That’s what it would be like if the playground was a water park.
