The Fifth Element: A Trampoline

For me, a trampoline is the fifthe element of life. They're an excellent form of exercise while having fun. Trampolines are a great investment and super safe with a net. I think everyone needs one!

Personally, i don't enjoy exercise, but when i'm on my trampoline, I don't even realize I'm getting a workout. Studies show that jumping for only thirty minutes a day gets your blood pumping, prevents obesity, increases heart rate, and strengthens joints. Young people need ninety minutes a day of at least moderate intensity physical acitivity for cardiovascular health (Northwegian School of Sports Science, Oslo). Trampolines are also used to train astronauts and are a form of aerobic exercise. When you jump, blood cells in your body fight off bad cells and travel quicker through the bloodstream.

Another reason I love trampolines is because they are made with safety in mind. I always feel secure knowing there is netting around me, preventing falls that could cause severe injury. If I weren't to land my trick, I would fall directly onto the soft springy mat.

In the long run, I think a 12 to 14-foot trampoline would be a great investment. A yard trampoline can cost as little as one hundred and fifty dollars. A typical one lasts up to seven years, and never looses its bounce. Knowing your trampoline won't break while your'e jumping makes it even more fun to soar into the air over and over again.

A trampoline equals the fifth element. With all the advantages, why not? It keeps you fit, safe, and its a great investment for the whole family, so get your trampoline today!
