Writing Lesson of the Month Network

...sharing thoughtful, mentor text-inspired lessons your students will love!

As part of WritingFix's Alphabet Books Across the Curriculum Project, we are actively seeking write-ups from teachers all over the country and world who have created original or adapted alphabet book projects for their students.

If you assign individual students or student groups to create an alphabet book while studying any curriculum topic (math, science, language arts, history, etc.), please consider sharing an explanation of your lesson/project in the "Reply to This" box below.

All we need for now is a brief summary of your project or lesson.  If we're impressed with your project's approach or its uniqueness, we will help you develop the write-up into an actual lesson we can post at WritingFix.  Teachers who have lessons posted at WritingFix earn complimentary NNWP Print Guides when their lessons are posted!

This is an opportunity to "give back" to WritingFix, and to become a featured lesson author at the site.

We hope you're inspired to start the process by sharing a lesson/project summary below.

If you do not see the "Reply to This" box below, it means you have not joined this interest group at our Ning.  To join, simply click on the "+Join Writing Across the Curriculum" link in the upper right-hand corner of this page.
