Wrapping Paper in Writer's Notebook
I have used samples of wrapping paper to help students plant "seeds" in their writer's notebooks. I received this idea at my last school, and the kiddos loved it! You need to have about 6-8 different samples of wrapping paper that you think will help engage your student's little brains. I cluster 4 like samples in 6 envelopes. I give each table an envelope.
